Your day as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

As a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Peoples State Bank, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of secured real estate loans, including origination, risk assessment, and closing, ensuring alignment with our established lending objectives, policies, and procedures. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our bank's portfolio, as well as facilitating loan sales to the secondary market. By establishing and maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential real estate customers, agents, and other financial institutions, you will not only foster trust and credibility but also enhance our reputation as a customer-focused institution. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college education preferred, alongside 3-5 years of previous mortgage lending experience. Additionally, strong math skills are necessary for accurately assessing financial data and structuring loan products.
