About Press. Waffles 

Press. Waffles is celebrating 10 years of making Milwaukee's best Liège waffles! We operate our vintage camper trailer named Jane at Bay View's South Shore Farmers Market, help people celebrate life's accomplishments through catering, and sell our frozen waffles in 30+ area grocery stores. We're looking for seasonal help to bring positive waffle experiences to our customers around the city. 

Job Description 

Press. Waffles is looking for seasonal help with summer farmers markets, corporate events, and kitchen hours around Milwaukee. Hours will vary depending on bookings, but we're looking to add a couple of people to help cover Saturday morning farmers market shifts (2 per month, more if desired). Some weekday availability for kitchen hours and corporate catering is ideal, with a chance to stay on through winter if schedules align. 

Event duties include: providing positive customer experiences, following food safety and quality protocol, taking customer orders, cooking waffles, applying toppings to waffles, and having fun! 

Kitchen duties include (located in Milwaukee's Third Ward): prepping toppings, rolling dough, packaging frozen waffle packs, cleaning, doing dishes, assembling catering orders, etc.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with food, thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment, and take pride in good customer service. Having your own transportation to events is helpful. Farmers market season runs June-October, but the main months of help needed are June-August, so feel free to apply if you're just in town for the summer months!
