NATURE AND SCOPE
Our Landmark Summer Internship Program offers a unique, hands-on experience designed to help you build valuable skills in key corporate areas that align with your field of study. Our paid, full-time internship program is located at our Brookfield Headquarters building and runs for 12 weeks, from June 2 - August 11, 2025. During this time, interns will have the opportunity to participate in professional development activities, network with peers, and engage with senior leaders. Through this experience, you’ll explore potential career paths, expand your knowledge of Financial Institutions, and strengthen your professional skills that will prepare you for future success in a dynamic, People First culture.

Team Overview:
The Project Management Office (PMO) at Landmark drives the organization’s key objectives by prioritizing, planning, and executing a portfolio of initiatives. The PMO focuses on three core areas: Project Delivery, Business Analysis, and Operational Effectiveness.

As a Project Management Intern, you will actively contribute to the Project Management Office and gain hands-on experience by:
• Developing skills in planning, facilitation, and conducting collaborative sessions with business partners, including requirement gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution.
• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of core project management principles such as defining outcomes, managing scope, schedules, and risks, and ensuring effective communication.
• Building expertise in business process improvement by documenting current processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and assisting in implementing improvements.
• Expanding business acumen through direct collaboration with business partners and stakeholders, gaining insights into how various departments operate and contribute to organizational success.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations Management, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates entering their senior year.
2. Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
4. Ability to meet deadlines while working independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
6. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Demonstrated interest in learning project management methodologies and tools.
8. Ability to work 40 hours per week for the 12-week program.
9. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Learn our corporate culture and basic day-to-day communication and work processes.
2. Learn the financial industry and business needs of our members.
3. Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines and status reports.
4. Assist in business and functional requirements elicitation and documentation.
5. Assist in the elicitation and documentation of business processes.
6. Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to project decision-making.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
