Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related filed (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of facility management, operations, and project oversight experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• Expertise in budget management, safety regulations, and asset management
• Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Professional certification (International Facilities Management Association) within one
• year of employment
• Aquatic Facility Operator certification required within one year of employment
• Valid WI Drivers License

Salary

The 2025 hiring salary range for this position is $75,878.40 - $113,817.60 annually, plus an excellent fringe benefit package including paid time off, health, life, dental, and Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS). The WRS is among the best funded and best managed public pension systems in the country.
