Are you the Branch Manager III we're looking for?

To excel in the role of Branch Manager at Peoples State Bank, certain skills and qualifications are necessary. While an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred, it's not a deal-breaker if you have the right experience and expertise. With 3+ years of progressive banking experience, you'll have a solid foundation to lead the branch to success.

Your ability to provide formal or informal leadership to a team will be crucial in achieving our goals. As a Branch Manager, your creative thinking will come into play as you look at the local financial marketplace to develop innovative ideas and programs to attract business. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive banking experience is highly desirable.
• Formal or informal leadership/management of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient math and computer skills such as with MS Office.
• Ability to look at market segment and develop creative ideas and programs to develop available business.
• Familiarity with local financial marketplace.
