Description

Employee resource groups, business resource groups, and the like are all key components of how companies can support their existing LGBT and allied employees. Through the LGBT Workplace Alliance, we look forward to bringing all of these groups together to learn from one another and help each other succeed. Members in the LGBT Workplace Alliance meet on a regular basis and share best practices on a variety of issues.
