The 2027 LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance Summit brings together Business Resource Group (BRG) leaders, HR and People professionals, workplace culture and inclusion leaders, and executive sponsors for a half-day of learning, connection, and shared ideas.

Held in downtown Milwaukee, the Summit goes beyond our regular Workplace Alliance gatherings to create a larger space for fresh thinking, deeper conversations, and meaningful connections. Through engaging speakers, interactive breakout sessions, and opportunities to learn from peers across industries, participants will explore real-world strategies for strengthening BRGs, improving workplace culture, and creating environments where employees can thrive.
