Description

The 2026 LGBTQ+ Workplace Alliance Summit brings together Business Resource Group (BRG) leaders, HR/People and DEI professionals, and executive sponsors for a half-day of learning, connection, and shared leadership.

Held in downtown Milwaukee, the Summit features inspiring speakers, breakout sessions, and meaningful conversations focused on strengthening BRGs and building more inclusive workplaces. Participants will explore real-world strategies, learn from peers across industries, and leave with ideas they can bring back to their organizations.

Whether you’re part of an established BRG or just beginning this work, the Summit offers space to connect, learn, and grow alongside others committed to inclusive workplace culture.
