The work is grounded in more than 20 years of experience leading organizations, serving on boards, facilitating retreats, and helping teams ask better questions, make clearer decisions, and focus on what matters most.

True Compass Strategies was founded in January 2016 and is a certified LGBT Business Enterprise through the National LGBTQ+ & Allied Chamber of Commerce.
