In 2021, we merged Regal Beloit and Rexnord Industries, which enabled new capabilities across expanded industries and allowed us to provide customers with an enhanced portfolio and engineering solutions. Most recently in 2023, that legacy has grown to include Altra Industrial Motion Corporation.
