About
Jennifer Wilson, Principal/Founder (she/her pronouns), is a transformational consultant, facilitator and executive coach. Her mission is to help people work better together so they have more energy to focus on serving the greater good, especially those who are fighting for the health of our environment and striving to create an equitable and just world locally and globally. Recent clients include Reach Dane, Tenant Resource Center, UW-Madison, and Groundswell. She is the author Waking Up to Your Worth: Ten Touchstones for Overcoming Imposter Syndrome. Jen was a co-founder of The Alliance School, the first Milwaukee public school to openly welcome LGBTQUIA+ students, and Transition High School, serving students returning to education after incarceration.
Jen is skilled at deeply listening to her clients and then working collaboratively to design customized solutions that are rooted in values, mission and vision in order to achieve each client's unique goals. From designing a leadership retreat to facilitating a multiyear change management process, she is able to manage resources and bring projects to completion on time and within budget while tenaciously holding on to mission and vision. As a change agent, Jennifer is skilled at bringing innovative ideas into current conditions to re-energize organizational culture or the way teams function. She allows her clients the space to boldly innovate and stretch, creating the way for real change to happen. 100% of New Leaf's clients say they would recommend Jennifer to others.
Jen has an MA in Counseling and Educational Psychology and additional training in coaching, transformational consulting, and Harvard's Immunity to Change process. She takes much of her inspiration from nature, where lessons and metaphors for creativity abound.
