Kim Walters, Director of the CESA 6 Center 4All, has been involved in education for over 20 years, primarily teaching literacy at the middle school level. She also served in the role of instructional coach K-12 with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She has a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from e-Cornell, a certificate in Innovative Teacher Leadership and Instructional Coaching from Viterbo University, and completed the Coaching for Equity Mastercourse with Elena Aguilar. Additionally, she is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) and has completed the certificate program for the Conflict Style Inventory® (ICS®), and is a Certified Facilitator of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) assessments. As a life-long learner, Kim is determined to make the world a better place for all because when we know better, we get to do better.
