I provide mental health therapy services to teens and adults. I specialize in queer-, polyamory-, and neurodiversity- affirming care. I use EMDR and DBT in therapy, along with other various modalities that may meet your therapy needs. I collaborate with my clients to set goals and determine how therapy can best support an individual.
