Maureen M. Kane has over 30 years of professional experience in graphic design, software instruction and illustration. She began MMK Design in 1996 with the mission to provide affordable graphic design to the non profit community. MMK Design was awarded the A. David Schwartz Business Humanitarian Award from the Community Shares of Greater Milwaukee in 2009; and multiple Milwaukee Press Club awards for her layouts & photo-collage illustrations at the Wisconsin Gazette.
Her list of clients span widely, from small start up companies, non-profit agencies, to larger institutions such as Froedtert Hospital, Driscoll's Philanthropy, and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. A wide range of design work include announcements & annual reports, signage & stationery, postcards & POPs. Diverse & Resilient's community health service/condom campaign entitled ''414-All'' has been seen on billboards, buses and transit shelters throughout the city. She specializes in logos, having created over 175 in her career.
Maureen graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design in 1986 at Arizona State University.
