Delta Beer Lab serves as a community destination and brewery. Beer has brought people together for hundreds of years, and our Social Laboratory / Taproom is welcoming to all. We strive to expand community through quality, local craft beer without barriers to gender, race, or sexual orientation.
Quality is our top priority, without which the craft beer industry fails the loyal enthusiasts that support us. We pride ourselves on the variety yet drinkability of all our beers. We provide guests with consistent year-round beers that they can rely on, as well as fun, seasonal variety that our diverse guests deserve.
On the social side of our lab, we show that business can do well and do good at the same time, and that this synergy actually amplifies both. We pay all of our employees more than a living wage, incorporate a generous revenue-sharing program, and foster opportunities to share in the industry for professional growth. We don't accept tips! Our team works for our mission and enjoys the rewards of serving our guests. As an alternative to tipping, we invite our guests to donate back to our local community. We sponsor a different nonprofit organization each month that works hard to improve life in our society. We believe that a rising tide lifts all ships...and that there is no freedom until we are equal.
Exit off hwy 12/18 at Rimrock Rd, turn south. Take your first right at E Badger Rd. Turn left into the Novation Campus, Delta Beer Lab is located near the end of the parking lot.
