Community Living Connections is a local nonprofit providing in-home supported living services for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and frail elders to live as independently as possible, in their own homes.

CLC has provided services in Dane County, WI since 2004. In 2019 we were excited to expand our service area to also support individuals who live in Grant, Dodge, and Fond du Lac counties.
