CTM's Mission is to spark imagination and build community through the creation and experience of theater.
Find us in our new home, the MYArts Center, on E. Washington Ave in downtown Madison. We bring in children from all over Dane county to act, sing, dance, and laugh with us. We put on 4-5 full-scale and professional productions each season. This, our 57th Season, features the following: The Mole Hill Stories, A Christmas Carol, Finder and The North Star, and Peter Pan. Interested in auditioning? Let us know!
We also offer year-round educational programming, as well as our beloved Summer Stage camps. Fall and winter classes are on sale now - join in the fun!
There are many ways to be involved as an adult as well. Including as an actor, board member, volunteer, a musician, a carpenter, a seamstress, a painter, a beloved donor or sponsorship ambassador for YOUR company. The possibilities are endless and the community is strong!
Inclusion is at the core of CTM's policies, programs, and people as we engage in creating an environment where all feel welcome, valued, and connected. As part of our work in making theater inclusive, we oppose acts of cultural appropriation and character depictions that deepen existing racial and cultural divides.
The CTM community celebrates visible and invisible differences in identity, gender expression, age, culture, ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, physical ability, learning style, religion, occupation, nationality, immigration status, socio-economic status, and life experiences that span these differences.
