Adoption Choice, Inc. is a non-profit agency whose passion is to create loving families through adoption with an emphasis on the best possible outcome for the child. Our team serves the entire state of Wisconsin and provides compassionate, expert support for both birth parents and adoptive parents, throughout their unique, adoption journey.
Adoption Choice, Inc. welcomes prospective adoptive parents of all religious, racial, ethnic backgrounds, family composition and sexual orientations. While Adoption Choice, Inc. is large enough to provide a complete range of adoption services, we personalize services to meet your unique needs. We provide a wide range of adoption services including home studies, post placement supervision, birth parent counseling and support.
Adoption Choice also works to educate the community about the adoption process through educational presentations and by participating in local events through displays and networking.
Adoption Choice's services to expectant and birth parents are confidential and free of charge. Our agency has experienced,caring counselors to help an individual explore their options. Speaking to a counselor in no way commits an expectant parent to an adoption plan.
Green Bay office is located near Lambeau Field and Bay Park Square, while the Milwaukee office is located in the Bayshore Office Suites. Madison office is located on the west side of the city.
