Since 2002, Madison Opera has shared the joy of opera through Opera in the Park, our free gift to our community. Garner Park comes alive with music and light sticks, as soloists share their favorite opera and musical theater numbers, along with the Madison Opera Chorus and Madison Symphony Orchestra. 

Join us on July 18 as we launch a year-long celebration of 25 years of Opera in the Park, running through next summer. Get ready to share your memories, your photos, and your happiness as we honor the past and look forward to the future!

Repertoire this summer includes selections from Carmen, Norma, Rigoletto, The Pearl Fishers, Rusalka, Sweeney Todd, Idomeneo, Medea, Everlasting Faint, The Tales of Hoffmann, and more. Click here to see the full repertoire list.
