Monthly Shamanic Journey Circle 

Who is this for? 

Anyone interested in shamanic journeying. Whether you are a seasoned journeyer or new to the field. All are welcome, children too if they are able to respect the space and the other participants. 

What do I bring?

A drum if you have one, but it is not necessary. Your journal, pen, eye covering and creature comforts like water. We have blankets, mats and pillows, and extra drums.

 Parking in front or the back. 

Stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor. Arrive a wee-bit early if you like.

What happens? 

To start we will introduce ourselves and check in. Followed by drumming to release the day and start connecting to the Helping Spirits. We call in the directions and begin the first of three journeys we will complete throughout the night. Each journey lasts 12 minutes, and we do up to 3 journeys.

 After each participants write down their experience and share as much or as little as they like with the group. After our time is through we will close the circle and give thanks. 

You can bring something to bless or put on the altar in the center of the room, but that is not necessary. 

I just ask that you come with an open heart, and open mind and trust the process.
