This property is one of a kind! The 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house is tucked away amongst 20+ acres and has 1,000 feet of sand frontage on crystal clear Middle Eau Claire Lake.
Middle Eau Claire offers trophy fishing, recreation, and water clarity that is second to none. The River Road Retreat offers an open concept floor plan that is perfect for entertaining and great for two families. Enjoy family game nights in the ping pong room, coffee in the 4 season porch over looking the lake, al fresco dining, and fishing off the dock! The shoreline has a hard sand bottom that offers great swimming for all ages! There is a nicely landscaped walk-way to the water's edge, where you will find the dock and fire pit. The house offers two primary bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with ensuite bathrooms. There is another bedroom with two twin XL beds and a den with a pull out couch and queen aerobed with a full bathroom conveniently located between them.
Smoking, pets and hunting are not permitted anywhere on the property.
