Yoga at Delta Beer Lab

Join The Wobbly Yogi and Delta Beer Lab for one hour of mid-day exercise followed by refreshing beverages! Meet Hallie Kircher-Henning, AKA The Wobbly Yogi: “I’m a Madison native, currently in graduate school for clinical social work, and I recently completed my 200 hr yoga teacher certification. Having practiced for over 10 years, I’m passionate about bringing yoga to different places in the community (such as Delta Beer Lab) in order to expose more people to its mental and physical benefits. You can expect to not take anything too seriously in my classes, which are accessible for all levels and abilities. I strongly believe there is no “good” or “bad” at yoga; there is only the act of cultivating kindness towards oneself.“ Cost is $15 plus tax and includes a 60 minute yoga session and a beverage of your choice. All attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat.
