We are thrilled to announce that the LGBT Chamber’s 2017 speaker for our Women's Leadership Luncheon in Milwaukee will be Erika Baurecht, attorney at Husch Blackwell and passionate advocate for the LGBTQ community in Wisconsin.
Erika serves on the LGBT Chamber’s Leadership Council, and is also the Vice President of the Cream City Foundation, focused on mobilizing philanthropic resources, fostering strategic collaboration, effecting positive change and the advancement of the quality, dignity, and health of LGBTQ+ people in Wisconsin. In her tenure at the Cream City Foundation, Erika was instrumental in developing the LGBTQ+ Scholarship Program to develop leaders in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer + (LGBTQ+) community of Southeastern Wisconsin.
Erika is committed to the advancement of equality and diversity in the workplace as a means of recruiting and retaining talent, and developing creative and collaborative teams that will maximize the competitive advantage.
