Join the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce for our Milwaukee "Food for Thought" featuring Carole Nicksin is the editor and publisher of Milwaukee Magazine. The objective of “Food for Thought” is to provide Chamber members an opportunity to have lunch and a discussion in a small group with a key community or business leader and hear their story.
Carole Nicksin is the editor and publisher of Milwaukee Magazine, overseeing the editorial content as well as the business end of this award-winning publication. Prior to joining the MilMag staff, Carole was an editor at Time Inc. in New York City. She has written about art, culture and design for numerous publications including The New York Times, Martha Stewart Living and Elle. She is also co-author of a book, Party Fabulous: 12 Parties to Change the World. Born and raised in South Bend, Indiana, Carole fled the Midwest when she was not quite 18, but she could not be happier to be back. She lives downtown in an apartment she never could have afforded in New York.
