Created by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Beyond the Score®: Scheherazade takes listeners of all ages on a musical journey with a multimedia examination of the music in the first half of the performance, featuring acclaimed American Players Theatre actors James and Brenda DeVita. In the second half, Conductor John DeMain will lead the Madison Symphony Orchestra in a full performance of Rimsky-Korsakov’s captivating Scheherazade.
