All Day Party and Vaccination Clinic

(Madison, WI)?The Jason Glenn Salon located on East Town Blvd is hosting a pop-up COVID-19 vaccine clinic and Summer Party on Monday, June 21st from 12:00 pm-7:00 pm. The event is sponsored by Wisconsin Department of Health Services and Social Development Commission, Public Health Madison, Dane County, and Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin (CACSCW). THE VACCINE CLINIC Vaccines are free, and identification is NOT required. All three vaccines--Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, and Johnson & Johnson/Janssen--will be available. Everyone age 12+ is eligible, though children between 12-17 will need a parent or guardian present to provide consent. There will be a follow-up date on Monday, July 12th for anyone receiving one of the two-shot vaccines. THE PARTY All are welcome to join the party at Jason Glenn Salon –will provide entertainment by DJ MOSDOLY, free food (while supplies last), will host a drawing for a 55 inch smart TV (with proof of vaccination) and more. Jason Glenn is also giving away 5 haircuts.
