Join young professionals for exquisite classical music in Overture Hall followed by exclusive after-hours parties in a nearby location. The Madison Symphony Orchestra (MSO) welcomes back favorite Guest Conductor Carl St. Clair for this concert, which opens with Beethoven’s exhilarating Egmont Overture. Young Norwegian trumpet soloist Tine Thing Helseth then commands the stage with Johann Hummel’s clever and beautiful Trumpet Concerto, before Strauss’ musical mountain climb, An Alpine Symphony, rounds off the program. After the concert, head to the reception where you’ll be treated to free hors d’oeuvres, one drink ticket, and a cash bar.
